At Printpack we adhere to a high standard, we understand that communication is the key to an effective partnership — we take our partnerships seriously. All relationships require a little give-and-take, so we made a list of expectations ensure a positive experience on both sides.

WHAT PRINTPACK EXPECTS OF OUR SUPPLIERS

Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity and adhere to the Printpack Supplier Code of Conduct
Abide by the terms and conditions of our purchase orders and our Master Supply Agreement.
Present new and innovative ideas and materials that can help us make better products, create new markets, reduce costs, or otherwise improve our operations.
Meet all our specifications and be able to demonstrate such compliance through an effective quality management and process control system.
Reply promptly and accurately to our inquiries, correspondence, and other communications.
Provide a safe workplace for your employees and abide by our health and safety rules when on our site.
Conduct your operations in a manner that respects basic international principles relating to labor standards, and protect the environmental quality of each community in which your does business.
Meet your commitments, or notify us in advance.
Cooperate with us in all respects with our supplier evaluation process.
Respect the confidentiality of our business dealings.

Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
Negotiate for our requirements in the spirit of fairness and mutual respect and with a view towards loyal long-term relationships.
Establish the environment and working relationship that will encourage the development of new ideas and their utilization for the mutual benefit of both companies.
Provide accurate specifications, reasonable lead-times and, where available, demand forecasts that allow suppliers to meet their commitments.
Provide feedback on the performance of your products in our processes.
Commit to provide a work environment that strives to protect the health and safety of our associates, our customers, and our suppliers.
Promote fair labor practices and maintain environmentally sound business practices in how we treat our associates and manage our business and our supply chain.
Fulfill our commitments and obligations.
